The US Youth Soccer Athlete Incident Management System (AIMS), powered by InjureFree is a cloud-based, mobile friendly, real-time injury reporting and tracking tool. This innovation is designed to streamline communications regarding return-to-play protocols, while helping to adhere to state and federal laws regarding training and reporting. It is provided at no cost to all members of US Youth Soccer.
US Youth Soccer, as the largest youth sport organization in America and the leader in youth soccer, has a tremendous responsibility for the health and safety of millions of children who participate each year. The US Youth Soccer AIMS is the gold standard for player health and safety for children participating in athletics and is a critical component in offering the highest level of care possible for all participants. Furthermore, the de-identified (anonymous), aggregated data pertaining to injuries helps to inform decision-making around further improving the safety of all who play soccer!

WHAT IT IS:
Athlete Incident documentation for JFC authorize users
Place for parents to access their athlete’s injury reports and RTP status
Location for parents to download injury report PDF and upload RTP forms singed by physicians for RTP protocols
Centralized communication to transfer “medical status” of athletes: “Cleared” vs “Not Cleared
Keep coaches and parents on the same page with regards to health and availability of their athlete’s
HIPAA compliant, Private and Secure
Real-time notifications delivered to everyone that needs to know
Providing families with injury management information/local healthcare options for appointments and care coordination
Leading U.S. youth sports in standard of care for youth athletes
WHAT IS IS NOT:
Not and Electronic Medical Record (EMR); while maintaining priority on security. Always in an encrypted state via AWS cloud
Not exposing or selling user information, email contacts for 3rd party marketing or injury data for any purpose whatsoever
Not typically used by family physicians but more team physicans
