STAY TO PLAY:
Stay-to-Play means that in order to participate in this tournament, teams and athletes must stay in one of the official hotels set up by tournament officials. All reservations must be made through the designated reservation portal and must appear on the official rooming list and final compliance report.

This tournament is for teams looking for a great weekend filled with highly competitive matches, quality and professionally maintained soccer fields, and outstanding beaches to enjoy during your downtime. We offer competitive tournament rates, very reasonable hotel rates through our partner hotel sponsors, and team and individual awards for all champions and finalists, including all U9 and U10 players.
Online Check-in:
All check-in will be completed online through GotSoccer team accounts. There will be no on-site check-in available. Check-in deadline is August 15th at 5pm. Please upload the following items to complete your team's check-in: Official USYS or US Club Roster, Player Passes, Guest Player forms and permission to travel (if required)
Refund Policy:
In the event a team’s participation in a Jacksonville FC (JFC) tournament is disrupted by a state or nationwide ban on travel related to factors outside JFC’s control teams will be refunded 100% of the team registration fee.
Fields/Locations:
There are no designated parks/fields exclusively assigned to specific age groups. Total number of registered teams in each age group will determine field creation and assignments.

You can find Certified Athletic Trainers under the Athletic Trainer canopies throughout the tournament. They will be on site 60 minutes prior to the first game, and 30 minutes following the conclusion of the last game. In case of emergency notify the nearest Athletic Trainer, or field marshal if medical personnel is not in sight. Other services provided are orthopedic and concussion evaluation, preventative taping, wound care and ice packs.

CONCUSSIONS
In the event of a suspected head injury the player is to be removed from play and referred to the Athletic Trainer to undergo concussion protocol. A player will not be allowed to return to play while symptomatic, even if a concussion is not suspected.
