“We’re excited to welcome David Gough as the new JFC ECNL Director. His soccer knowledge and experience are unmatched, from coaching in two World Cups (1 Senior and 1 Youth) to leading recruiting at 2 Power Five programs. Goughy’s experience with youth development, coach education, and curriculum implementation will add immediate impact for our club. Most importantly his values align firmly with JFC’s core mission and culture. The future is bright for our girls program, and I look forward to seeing him raise the standard across the board not just for our club but for female youth development in our region.”
“I would like to start by thanking Pat Cannon (Executive Director) and the board of directors for the opportunity to lead the Girls ECNL program at this important time. Youth soccer in our country plays a vital role in family life and in every players overall development. At JFC we understand the influencial role our coaches and staff play in our young players lives.
