JFC Internal Id CLINICS

Spring 2026

JFC Families,

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 season and the transition to the new seasonal/school year age group structure, JFC will be hosting Competitive Program ID Clinics throughout the Spring.

These internal identification sessions are an important part of our overall evaluation process as we begin preparing teams for next year.

A few important notes:

• These are internal identification events for current JFC players unless otherwise noted

• Storm Boys ID Clinics will be held at Davis Park

• Storm Girls ID Clinics will be held at Patton Park

• We are NOT forming teams during these ID Clinics

• Missing an ID Clinic due to a tournament, league match, injury, or other commitment is completely understandable

• All JFC players will be evaluated within next year’s official 2026–2027 age group, even if they are currently playing up

As we transition to the new seasonal age group structure, evaluations will be conducted based on each player’s official 2026–2027 age group. Players currently playing up will still be fully evaluated within their true age band as we prepare for next season.

We understand this is a busy time of year. If your player is unable to attend a session, that does not remove them from consideration. Our staff evaluates players continuously throughout the season during trainings, matches, and additional identification opportunities.

These Competitive Program ID Clinics are one part of a larger, proactive evaluation process designed to ensure every player is properly identified and considered as we prepare for tryouts and next year’s transition. Our staff will remain intentional throughout the process and will create additional identification opportunities in age groups where we believe more attention and clarity are needed.
