2025 PRESEASON CAMP

Jacksonville FC 2025 Preseason Camp
The camp will be tailored to provide players the correct training environment to prepare for their upcoming season. Age group specific curriculum to focus on the correct amount of technical/tactical/physical workloads to prepare for the season. Each age group will be overseen by a lead coach and technical director from that program. Each age group will have either technical or physical tests to help measure the level of the player’s technical or physical capabilities.

BOYS PRESEASON CAMP
DATES: Monday, August 4th - Thursday, August 7th

LOCATIONS: Patton Park (Hodges) and Davis Park (Ponte Vedra).
CAMP HOURS: Based on Location and Age Group

TENTATIVE PRE-SEASON CAMP SCHEDULE:
Day 1 - Monday
Technical - Focus on Technical work followed by JFC Game Model Attacking objectives from the defensive and midfield thirds of the field with game-realistic exercises. Counter Topics to include Pressing and defending in the midfield and to conclude with Small Sided Games
Day 2 - Tuesday
Functional - Focus on Position Specific Functional sessions that will allow players to experience several different positions on the field and are followed by small sided games and Champions League in order to increase the amount of game related moments and situations
Day 3 - Wednesday
Testing - Session to begin with baseline fitness testing and to be followed by Technical Ball work and Small sided games. Each player receives fitness results and an Age group comparison within the club as well as players from all over the world.
Day 4 - Thursday
Functional - Focus on Position Specific Functional sessions that will allow players to experience several different positions on the field and are followed by small sided games and Champions League in order to increase the amount of game related moments and situations
